I run Aderyn Tân Ltd and provide independent, strategic Fire Safety and Health & Safety consultancy across Wales.

With over 25 years’ extensive experience in fire safety and building compliance, I have a strong track record delivering Fire Risk Assessments and managing compliance programmes for diverse large-scale housing portfolios. I also founded and ran a successful commercial HVAC and building services company, giving me deep technical insight into complex building systems — including HVAC, ventilation, plant rooms, boiler houses and large-scale mechanical services.
